Learn how to make ILP’s flavorful signature Chicken Pot Pie in an immersive 4-hour pie making course with Annika and fellow attendees in our new Bakespace in Upland.
Saturday, October 19th - Chicken Pot Pie (10am-2pm)
We’ll cover:
- Perfecting your pie crust.
- Step-by-step crust making with the class.
- A few pieces of equipment can simplify the process.
- How to make ILP’s Chicken Pot Pie Filling, step-by-step.
- Adding depth of flavor to savory pies
- Learn to make Hand Pies using dough scraps and make one in class to enjoy.
- Your questions about pie making.\
Each attendee will:
- Make a whole Chicken Pot Pie to take home.
- Make a Hand Pie to enjoy in class or take home.
- Receive a recipe packet.
- Experience pie making in a fun, relaxed, group atmosphere.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Purchase is good for (1) space.
- Maximum class size 10. Minimum 8. Classes that do not meet the minimum number of attendees will be rescheduled. If an attendee cannot make it to the rescheduled date, a gift card will be issued for the value of the class.
