Each guest will learn to make ILP’s Traditional Pumpkin Pie and techniques for two other Thanksgiving classics in an immersive

Saturday, November 2nd - Thanksgiving Pie Making (10am-2pm) 

4-hour course with Annika and fellow attendees in our new Bakespace in Upland.

We’ll cover:

  • Crust making
    • You’ll assemble ingredients and form a pie shell by hand with the class.
    • Learn how to simplify and perfect your technique.
    • Learn how a few pieces of equipment can really help.
  • Make ILP’s Traditional Pumpkin Pie filling, step-by-step.
  • Techniques for Pecan and Apple pies.
    • Professional tips for the perfect apple pie filling.
    • Adding depth of flavor to pecan pie.
  • Learn how to elevate your pie presentation for the holiday table.
  • Our recipe for Fresh Vanilla Whipped Cream. A must for all T-day pies.

Each attendee will:

  • Make a whole Traditional Pumpkin Pie to take home.
  • Take home a side of our Fresh Vanilla Whipped Cream
  • Taste ILP Apple and Pecan pies and discuss techniques for achieving the best results at home.
  • Receive a Pumpkin Pie recipe packet.
  • Experience pie making in a fun, relaxed, group atmosphere!



TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Purchase is good for (1) space.
  • Maximum class size 10. Minimum 8. Classes that do not meet the minimum number of attendees will be rescheduled. If an attendee cannot make it to the rescheduled date, a gift card will be issued for the value of the class.
